All returns must be processed through our return center and returned via mail to our distribution center. Please allow a full 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been delivered to us.
Please note: we recommend obtaining proof of postage until you've received your store credit. Honeybum is not liable for lost packages without proof of receipt and we cannot provide a store credit for lost packages without a proof of receipt.
In-person drop offs will not be accepted at our distribution center or corporate office.
Please make sure that all items were shipped in one shipment. Sometimes our warehouse ships items separately. You can refer back to the shipping confirmation email to see the items that were shipped. If all items show that they were shipped, please email our Customer Care for further assistance.

Your order number Full name of the product missing from your order
Photo of the package (only if the package looks tampered with or arrived damaged in any way)

We do our best to restock best sellers on a daily basis. If an item you love is out of stock, please sign up for restock notifications. Under the product page you will see a bar that reads: “notify me”. Please hit that button, select your size, and enter your email address to be alerted via email when the item restocks.
