Where is my order?

can I cancel my order?
We are not able to modify or edit an order after it has been placed. Once an order is placed, it can no longer be cancelled
I placed an order, but have not yet received any confirmation.

How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders will ship out within 24 hours of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders may take up to 48 business hours to process.
Though we do make every effort to ensure your order is shipped out and delivered successfully within the time frame we advertise, Honeybum has no control over the packages once they leave our Distribution Center. Honeybum does not hold or accept responsibility over packages that are damaged, lost in transit, stolen, or delivered to incorrect addresses.
When will I receive my order?
Your delivery estimate is based on your purchase date and your choice of shipping method. Please see the table here.

How do I view my order history?
You can view your order history by signing into your account and clicking the ‘My Account’ button.
An item is missing from my order?
If you received your order and an item is missing start by logging in to your account and viewing your order details to see if the item was indicated as back ordered. Back ordered items will ship separately when the item is back in stock. If the item has not been back ordered, please have your order number ready and contact us via chat, phone, or email for assistance.
My tracking status says my order is delivered, but I haven't received my order?
Following these instructions enables you to get your package as quickly as possible if it's around.
  • Verify the shipping address: You can look up your order's shipping address here (click on the order number).
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery: Look around the delivery location Check around the entrances of your residence for the package: particularly on back porches, in bushes, garages, grills, or other places that might protect your package from theft or weather.
  • Note that delivery drivers may also use plastic bags to protect your package from the weather.
  • See if someone else accepted delivery: Check with any family members, roommates, or neighbors who may have received the package for you without your knowing.
  • Speak with the specific postal carrier: who delivers your mail as they do scan the package in order to mark it 'delivered'.

United States Postal Service:

You can reach USPS by calling 1 (800) 222-1811 for domestic or international assistance.

DHL eCommerce:

You can reach DHL by calling 1 (855) 345-7447for domestic or international assistance. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Do I have to pay customs charges on my order?
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Honeybum has no control over any duty/tax charges and is not responsible for reimbursements. Additionally, all packages are subject to being held by customs clearance for 30 days or more at their discretion. Please check your local customs website for more information
