RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Returns must be delivered to our distribution center within 14 days of receiving your order. We will not accept any returns after this time frame has passed. Please note, return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. Click here for Return Form
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached.
Honeybum reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • Additionally, Honeybum reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-Honeybum items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.

I received a damaged, defective or wrong items shipped. What do I do?
Damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported to us with photos within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we cannot issue credit. [click this link]
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item, please refer back to 'Return Policy'.
How long does it take to process my return?
Merchandise purchased online must be returned via mail to our Distribution Center. Please allow a full 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. We recommend obtaining proof of postage until you've received your store credit as lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit. Please note, in-person drop offs will not be accepted at our Distribution Center or Corporate Office.
How can I track the status of my refund?
As soon as a refund is processed, you will receive an email notification.
Do you refund shipping?
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong or a damaged item.
An item is missing from my order?
If you received your order and an item is missing start by logging in to your account and viewing your order details to see if the item was indicated as back ordered. Back ordered items will ship separately when the item is back in stock. If the item has not been back ordered, please have your order number ready and contact us via chat, phone, or email for assistance.
When do you restock?
We are restocking best sellers on a daily basis. If an item is out of stock you will see a bar that reads: ‘notify me when available.’ If you click the alert, once the item has been restocked you will receive an email informing you that this item is now back in stock.
