Due to Covid-19, all standard shipping methods may experience a slight delivery delay on behalf of the courier. In rare cases, standard domestic shipments may be delayed by an additional 5 business days and standard international or Canadian shipments may be delayed by an additional 15 business days.
Most orders will ship out within 1-2 business days from the order date. Please note, all orders may be subject to an additional 3 business day delay due to Covid-19. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
We do our best to ensure all orders are delivered on time. Please keep in mind, the delivery dates are only estimates provided by the couriers. On rare occasions, packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame shown above.
Due to our fast fulfillment times at the warehouse, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. You may return eligible items per our return policy once you receive your order.

Please note, all international and Canadian orders are subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes. These additional fees are charged once the order has reached the destination country. These additional charges must be paid by the recipient of the order and Honeybum is not responsible for reimbursements or refunds. Honeybum does not have any control over additional fees that may be applied to your package.
Honeybum cannot tell you what the duties or taxes cost will be as customs policies and fees can vary from country to country. We recommend checking your local customs website for more information.
If you refuse the package, or refuse to pay additional fees pertaining to the duties or taxes, or do not pick up the package within the time frame allotted by the courier, the courier may return the package to Honeybum. In the event that this happens, Honeybum will provide a store credit minus original shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and we do not issue refunds in these circumstances.
All packages are subject to customs clearance and can be held for up to 30 days by customs agents.
If a package is returned to us, refused, or deemed non-deliverable by the courier for any reason, Honeybum will issue a store credit for the price of your item(s), not including original shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To avoid packages being returned to sender, please be sure to always format, write, and spell your address and name correctly at checkout. If you live in an apartment, please include the apartment or unit number. Honeybum is not liable for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame we advertise, please ensure your address is entered and formatted correctly. Be sure to use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, as we do not take responsibility for correcting this information.
Though we do make every effort to ensure your order is shipped out and delivered successfully within the time frame we advertise, Honeybum has no control over the packages once they leave our Distribution Center.
